Montes Art Studio specializes in custom portrait artwork created from customer-submitted photos. All artwork is personalized and made to order.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

All portraits are custom-made based on the photos and instructions provided by the customer.

Because every order is personalized:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or cancellations are accepted once work has started.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted photos carefully before approval.

Montes Art Studio reserves the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, explicit, or copyrighted material.

 

3. Photo Submission Requirements

Customers must provide clear and usable reference photos.

We are not responsible for:

  • Blurry or low-quality final results caused by poor-quality photos.

  • Missing details that were not visible in the original images provided.

  • Delays caused by incomplete uploads or missing information.

By submitting photos, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the images, or

  • You have permission to use the images submitted.

4. Artwork Style & Editing

All artwork is created in the artistic style offered by Montes Art Studio. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary depending on:

  • Photo quality

  • Lighting

  • Pose

  • Artistic interpretation

Minor artistic differences are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Full payment is required before production begins unless a payment arrangement has been approved directly by Montes Art Studio.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Cash App

  • Square

  • Credit/Debit Cards

Prices, promotions, and turnaround times may change without notice.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated production time is typically:

  • 2–3 weeks depending on workload and season.

Holiday promotions such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day may require longer processing times.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect customer information

7. Shipping Policy

Montes Art Studio ships within the United States.

​

Orders are generally shipped through USPS or other major carriers with signature confirmation.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct shipping address.

  • Being available to receive signed deliveries.

Montes Art Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Packages delayed due to failed delivery attempts.

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Anaheim.

Customers must wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

9. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Refunds are not provided after artwork production has started.

  • Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion before final painting.

Requests for major changes after approval may require additional fees.

10. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order information

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, graphics, logos, artwork samples, and promotional materials are property of Montes Art Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Montes Art Studio may use completed artwork images for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Website examples

If you would like your order kept private, please contact us before production begins.

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload harmful content

  • Use the site for fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to terminate access to users who violate these terms.
